Claire and Jamie Outlander Necklace with Natural Ruby, Quartz, Baltic Amber and Baroque Pearls

Donated by Colours of the Soul

Handmade item

"The gold capped clear quartz crystal was given to Claire by Master Raymond, to protect her from being poisoned.  Jamie had it set in gold and put on a gold chain. The pieces of Baltic cognac amber with a dragonfly suspended represents the piece of amber which had a dragonfly embedded, that Hugh Munro, Jamie’s friend, gives to Claire as a wedding gift.  On the other side of the necklace is a ruby to represent Jamie’s father’s ruby ring which he wears on his wedding day.  Next to the ruby is a row of white freshwater baroque pearls, interspersed with 14k gold filled* filigree beads which represents the pearl necklace Jamie gave to Claire on their wedding night, which he inherited from his mother."

  • Natural quartz crystal, approx. 1 ½”H including gold cap and ½“W at the base
    • Please note that this is a natural, untreated Quartz crystal. Some crystals, such as this, contain inclusions, such as streaks, water bubbles, lines, metallic flakes, rainbows and clouds.  Many spiritual teachers and healers believe that these types of inclusions actually enhance the crystals metaphysical properties, so please don’t view them as being flawed.
  • 18” 14k GF* necklace
  • 10mm round faceted ruby, natural and untreated
  • Baltic cognac amber nuggets
  • White freshwater baroque pearls
  • 14k GF dragonfly
  • 14k GF filigree beads

*14k gold filled (GF) jewelry is a hollow gold tube filled with another metal, such as silver or brass.  It is not gold plated or electroplate and will not rub off.  It has the same wearing properties of solid gold giving you the same energy & elegance of gold."
