J Newton Designs specializes in creating beautiful, colorful custom jewelry for women of all ages. The owner and designer, Deborah Newton Shearon, worked in the design field for 30 years. She is pleased to exhibit this modified Cellini Spiral Necklace, which is comprised of a variety of the highest quality beads.
